Nice post to read. I have also benefited from massaging my head with coconut oil. It really makes you feel relaxed and stress free. I do it thrice a week. It also helps reduce our hair loss.

I have never come across any information that says that oil massages are not healthy or they don't actually work. A oil massage really rejuvenate your body and make you more healthy and energetic.

You should use essential oils such as coconut and almond oil for massage.

I use coconut oil on my scalp from time to time when it starts to get flaky/dry. I don't do it on a regular basis, but I definitely see the benefits.
