Living With A Hair Transplant-25,000 Hairs Over 25 Years

It's been three months since hair transplant class #003, which has hit over 130,000 views since it was uploaded.

In this episode I show you what it's like to live with what most people consider to be a successful result but some will still see what I have to deal with as being unacceptable. It is these people that are poor candidates for hair restoration because they cannot accept any semblance of a see through result. For those that do understand the shortcomings of hair transplant surgery, you might be better mentally equipped to handle the procedure and the subsequent results.

Joe, another great video! These are real concerns that can and do effect those with transplants. I have never tried hair spray, but am currently using a Redken product billed as "Spiking cream wax High up"". Unfortunately it has been discontinued although they offer "Rewind 06" that is similar. My hair, like yours is fine and windy days are always a cause for concern! I used a gel product for years, but in addition to making the hair look thinner, it also made it look "crunchy!".Please keep up these educational and entertaining videos, great for newbies and veterans alike!

Your hair looks great pal and having realistic expectations is vital before undergoing any HT so looking a little see through in certain situations is a great point to make and a very important one.
Love the videos dude...very interesting and educational;)

Thanks everyone for the comments. There is a LOT more info to come:)

Thincity,

I feel that spray keeps the fullest look because it maintains the dry look but if you get the wrong one it will wear out fast and not maintain proper hold. The one I use now holds strong and for all day AND it smells great. That's one issue with spray is that when it gets wet it usually smells like grandma's hair spray but this one is uniquely masculine. There are others that work well too, it just takes experimenting.

Great video Joe. As others say hair is looking good and like the beard looks very much like mine with all the grey!
Keep the videos coming nice to see the wife make an appearance.
Happy New Year to you!

Happy New Year to you too, David. And the beard isn't grey. It's a distinguished silver, thank you very much:) but just another of many parallels in our lives.

Good video Joe. Hopefully, people researching take notice and do their research before jumping in.
