Quite a lot of scabs remaining, have you been using saline solution and washing the area regularly?

Would be good to see some other opinions but searching around it looks like this could be a factor.

Have you an immediate post op picture showing the graft placement? There appears to be random spaced out grafts in the front row of your hairline.
The scabbing seems excessive but shouldn €™t be a problem. Stay in the shower longer and massage them when they are soaked and soft.
Don €™t pick at them when they are dry as in your picture.
How many grafts did you receive?

I have been told that around 3000 grafts have been implanted.

3000 grafts is quite a significant amount and it looks to be good density, the divided row of grafts along the front is a bit puzzling though, was this to make the hairline more natural?

Longer showers are great advice, should soften the dead scabs and hopefully they'll just fall off at the slightest touch (grafts should be pretty secure by now I believe).

Hope to see some more photos in the coming weeks with the scabs all cleared :)

Did you have your procedure performed in Turkey? If so, was it Elitehair? Regardless, the scabbing is heavy but the cracks are normal.

I normally don't do this but I would personally suggest that you begin to apply olive oil or mineral oil to the scabs, let it soak, which will encourage them to lift sooner rather than later.

When washing your hair make small circles around the area like a massage but do not force the scabs off they will come just be patient , wishing you great recovery and growth, looking forward to your updates

You can take Biotin any time, but don't expect much to happen because of it. Biotin is in a lot of foods we eat and you do not need much for healthy hair.

You did not lose grafts. You lost the hair shafts that are inside the follicles planted. This is normal and your clinic should have explained this to you. If you lose a graft, which would be EXTREMELY difficult to do at this point, then you would have very obvious bleeding from the point that the graft was lost. Don't stress, you're fine.
