Hi,

I want to support this board with showing my result of my ht in 7/07 with Dr. Lars Heitmann in Amsterdam.

It was the first step of my hair restoring journey. Dr.Heitmann get 3600 grafts with 6700 hairs out of my scalp. It was a low hair/graft count, cause of my poor donor. At the end he did a good job on me. The Doc menitoned, that he can get another equal strip to restore my vertex and at last i could get FUE/BHT to increase the density in the vertex.

I was on Fin 1mg, Rogaine 5% 1x daily and Tricomin.

NW5a,

Your results are incredible. I think Dr. Heitman needs to showcase his work more so we can all get to know him better. If he is turning out consistent results like yours, he should be standing amongt the top ht surgeons in the field.

That's one hell of an improvement chap you must be well chuffed, I like your little tintin quiff. Based upon those pictures I cant really see where you would want to improve your density you look good my man, however, maybe the pictures are deceptive. I aint heard of this doc before, top result.

Thx a lot for your nice comments. Dr. Heitmann is really a kind person and more than down to earth :)

I have to go for crown work this year and its a big area to cover. I measured it and its more than 100 qcm ! I was a good responder to Fin and Minoxidil, too, what i stopped after 15 month postop, cause of some sideeffects ! A very big failure, cause the crown had an area of 60 qcm before stopping the medics. The bridge is a little bit thinner, too, now.

In my second step i will improve the density in zone 3+4 with a natural thinning look of the crown. I want to wear longer hairs back, so the the thinning crown will not hurt me :)

Here is the Link to my video

Thx all

Fantastic work...

I definitely think that your Dr Heitmann should be asked to post some patient results on here....

I love to see HT's that look so natural no-one would believe you had had one...

Congrats to you and your Doc...

I have always considered your results to be at the top of my list of all time favourites. Fantastic natural look. Likely thinner than the photos demonstrate but nontheless some awesome stuff. People should take note on how clean the immediate post op work is--truly great.

Excellent top notch work and while you look at the video-check out the Baloonman vid-also showcasing this Surgeons excellent work.
Another top notch artist who demands a closer inspection from this quarter-judging by the excellent natural results-maybe we are looking at an artist closer to the UK who really can deliver Shapiro/Feller esq results?
I shall go and investigate-very inspiring stuff!
Thanks for posting dude ¬b`

your transformation is awesome, and i love the stlye. When you go for your 2nd Ht for crown work, will you add any grafts to thicken the hairline or does it not need it?? Cheers.

You ´re right. It looks thinner from some other angles and lighning. I think a ht is just an illusion of a new head of hair. Perhaps some people get his lions mane back, but the most get only an illusion and so much the worse the pattern of hairloss is ..... ;-)

I stopped medics after 15 month and that was a big failure. My crown made a big step. I made some pics with wet hair combed back for u. You see that i need crown work asap. I lost that hairs in my crown and a little bit of the bridge within 3-4 month c;;9;ss;

Perhaps u can show an update, too. :)

Hi NW5a! i have sen your results before and i too am very impressed with your result from Dr heitmann. and just an hour away too from the UK! Its a shame you had to quit the meds as it has clearly affected your crown, but if the sides are bad you gotta stop i guess! good luck with HT2!

p.s. have yu any pics of your donor scar?
