I had an fut transplant with dr ball at the maitland clinic 3rd April 2017, 2 days ago,,,had my consultation in London and david and dr ball were very welcoming.
I chose the maitland clinic as they came across as the most professional and bespoke service in the uk to me, Janna Shafer ,the lead technician is also amazing and hands on,very talented,,she has won various awards in the USA.

My surgery day was in a very modern upmarket building just outside Portsmouth,U.K.,I was offered lunch and snacks and felt at ease all day, the assistants and technicians were all so friendly and professional, as for the surgery itself it was completely painless , dr ball is amazing at injecting the anaesthesia, they took their time to correct my hairline how I wanted it done, they were all very meticulous and hands on.
It is probably the best thing I have ever done,if you are considering having hair restoration procedure  give the maitland clinic a call, don't even consider leaving the uk, dr ball is here so who else do you need?? after my experience I would not even consider anyone else, the aftercare and attention they pay to you is world class, I am looking forward to seeing my results.

Thanks again to all the staff and dr ball at the maitland clinic.

Ok.. Once washed, it will easily conceal the work.... How does the donor closure feel?

Hi Taylor_uk,

Thanks so much for sharing your experience and for all the kind words.
We are excited to follow your progress, and of course we'll be supporting you all the way through the healing and growth phases.

The total graft and hair count came to 2091 grafts - 4174 hairs

1 hair grafts -   451
2 hair grafts - 1197
3 hair grafts -   443

Save my hair,

Making the correct size incisions and careful graft placement will play a part in how clean the recipient looks 1 day post op, another factor is that Taylor used the post op spray we gave her called Liposomal ATP religiously the first 48hr after surgery.  Not only does the solution keep the recipient area clean but it also helps graft survival.
