Hello SL,

This is looking fantastic for eight months. Nice conservative hairline design and I really like how good the short haircut he has now looks.

The difference from 5 months to eight months is huge. The conservative hairline was a good move considering he has chosen not to take medications.

Looks like a well planned and well executed procedure.

Good work BHR clinic.

Looking great at nine months Stephen.

Superb pic quality from the patient as well - only the best transplants can hold up under that kind of hd scrunity!

Wow that's looking superb.  Is that all from transplanted hairs?

If I had the opportunity to start from scratch the way this was planned is exactly the way I would go. Conservative without using medications............. look and feel normal seems like such a smart choice at least to me.

Thanks for the comments.

Patient has seemingly a full head of hair and we touched only frontal third with the placing and under 2,500 in terms of graft numbers and a conservative design. Age was very good and late 30s and usually the patient is very realistic in the approach and open to being conservative.

He wasn't on any medication at time of surgery and the photos have no concealer, the rep for this patient has confirmed to me. He may have been advised to take medication due to possible future loss and I will confirm any action taken since we operated also.

Very nice outcome and full face patients are usually very confident ones if not always but this patient is very happy with the outcome so far.
