Hello everybody,

As I mentioned in previous threads I was recently undergoing my own SMP procedure at HIS HAIR CLINIC in Marbella, Spain.

For those who dont know my case here you can see a summary of all the procedures that I had by chronological order.

As you can see in the photos it was a long trip since my first procedure with a butcher in Spain, I had suffered a lot through the whole experience nonetheless I was blessed with the opportunity to recover a normal appearance and with this recent procedure of SMP I think that I can be more than satisfied of where I am nowadays.

Hello to everybody and thank you for your comments.

Below you can examine some photos taken 3 weeks after my last session.

3 weeks postop

The scar is still a damn beast, but is much better than before the treatment and infinitely better than what the first "surgeon" produced in my first procedure

Here a close-up view.

Nice result. Does HIS hair clinic offer thickening SMP for patients with native hair say norwood 4?

Indeed a very nice result.
Your scar color is quite similar to that of the scalp. So the dots camouflage it well. What if the scar is very white in comparison to scalp skin. Does HIS still tattoo only dots? Or is there a treatment to get the color matching that of the skin more?

So Escar do you actually work for HIS and a HT company? The results look very good even though you can still see a faint scar,it doesn't attract any attention. The small dotted scars are totally camouflaged.

I have major large punch scars and linear scars although the linear scars are pencil thin thank goodness. But the whole of the back of my head is covered in scars.

How does HIS technique vary from Milena Lardis? because of all the bad work i've had over the years, i am very mistrusting of everyone, and consequently have a hard time trying to make the right choice of who to use for the smp.
Be good if you could answer these questions Escar.

Hi Zj, yes it can be performed in a class 4, nonetheless the length that you could keep you hair it will depend on the amount of native hair that you maintain, for example for a diffuse pattern with existing frontline it will be the perfect solution to add more virtual density, or to increase the virtual density after an HT, these are just some of the possible applications of the SMP apart from the shaved head solution for extensive baldness.

Thank you Hedgehog,

I think that the scar turned to this color after the treatment, if you examine the before photos the scar was more white so I think that after the treatment the pigment also turned darker the surrounding skin.

Cheers.

Thank you trinder,

Im happy with the result in the scar but we always want more isn't?, anyway, I have reasons to be very happy with my outcome ¬b`

Regarding HIS HAIR they are the pioneers in the industry of the micropigmentation and have more experience than any other company of micropigmentation in the world, HIS HAIR patented their own procedure of SMP 12 years ago. I cannot really give much details about how other companies works because I don't know but for me HIS HAIR is the best clinic out there for a micropigmentation procedure.

Hi Bullitnut,

Im currently letting the hair grow because despite I was extremely happy with my appearance with buzzed hair, the scar is still an issue for me, I guess its some kind of trauma...

The idea is to have a beard FUE to the scar, meanwhile I will feel more comfortable concealing the scar with the surrounding hair, I will post some photos soon.

Cheers
