This is exceptional work!! What an amazing transformation for this guy. Just sad to me that he had to go through so much to get to this point, but I'm glad that there are options to help.

As SMP is something that I am researching I revisited this thread as my crazy mind will tend to over analyze things...Most of us will agree that without question the SMP has definitely provided an illusion of better density due to limiting the contrast, but is there an actual odd hue in the crown region or a lighting issue? Sorry to get overly picky but of course this forum is about transparency.
The more I actually studied the photos it looked to me like he had a rather weird color to the crown that stood out as different?? Am I seeing things? Was just the thinning areas done or most of the scalp??

No, you are not wrong. Remember it's immediate post-op so redness and swelling combined with epinephrine that can cause a lightening effect can make some spots look a little odd.

The transformation is fantastic and the results are of the highest quality . The best compliment this client can have from the general public is no compliment or comment ... this will give him the confidence to know it looks perfectly natural . Congratulations Nicole , another great treatment .
