39 year old presented with multiple large, plug style grafts present in the hairline and front half of the scalp. 1728 grafts were transplanted. Many of the grafts include hairs that were removed via FUE from existing large plugs. These hairs were re-transplanted in a more natural fashion.

I agree that is a nice outcome considering how he was before the repair and that is not a large number of grafts used , this patient must be so happy now

Usually it will take multiple sessions to punch out the old plugs and let the scalp heal.

Hair transplant plugs dude i hope you don't mind me being nosey but is this you in the pictures? if so has it had a major positive effect on your life (i imagine it has). If it isn't you dude are you in a similar situation to this guy and do you have any plans to have work done?
