Oily skin after 3 weeks on Finasteride

I'm getting very oily skin after 3 weeks on Finasteride, is this a common side effect or a sign that the drug is working? Or a bad sign?
Hoping someone with experience of people using Fin can advise

My facial skin and scalp became oily several weeks after taking Finasteride. It cleared up on its own once my body adjusted. Sometimes I have small outbreaks which I treat with Tea Tree Skin Clearing Facial Wash and Tea Tree Scalp Cleansing Stimulating Shampoo
