The FUE method is one of the currently used methods of hair transplantation, it is the most preferred technique because it is not a surgical procedure. In addition, the choice of the FUE method for hair transplant Turkey brings with it many advantages.
How to make FUE Hair Planting Method? One of the methods used for the hair transplantation is FUE. Hair follicles are collected one by one from the donor region and then implanted into the areas that have balded. Prior to follicular extraction, the donor area is shortened to one millimeter, and the donor area to then be numbed with local anesthesia to decrease the chance of irritation to the current healthy roots. With the micromotor tip used in the FUE hair transplant method, the hair is dipped and pulled down to fit the exit angle of the hair, and the hair is cut in a cylindrical shape together with the follicle and the microscopic tissue surrounding it. It is then pulled slowly and carefully with a micro-collet, and the following graft comes off the loosened base. Thanks to this automatic system, which ensures that the grafts, which are collected for use in the procedure of hair transplantation, do not damage the roots collected, operation times are reduced and the number of grafts taken at the same time is increased. The hair follicles that get collected, also called grafts, are placed in very fine holes opened in the area where the hair is to be implanted, and each graft has an average of two to three hair follicles inside of them.
Specialties of FUE Hair Transplantation MethodThe donor area from which grafts are collected one by one with the FUE method is applied only on the relevant hair follicle and individually without tissue removal. Again, thanks to this method, there is no incision and stitching in the donor area, and possible minor scratches can be closed and healed within a few days without a trace. In addition to this method grafts are taken from the back area of the head can be used for implanting not only hair but the beard, mustache and eyebrows can also be implanted. In one session of the hair transplantation using the FUE method, an average of four to six thousand grafts can be collected depending on the condition of the donor area, and each graft has one to three hair follicles. Depending on the number of roots picked up and the width of the area to be transplanted, it is possible to make hair roots from about fifty to sixty per square centimeter during hair transplantation. In addition to all these, there is little pain during the days after the operation and the shortness of the healing period is the reason why this method is preferred.
The implanted hair usually falls out towards the end of the first month and begins to regrow and prolong for a period of two to three months following the hair transplantation procedure. Although the hair grows visibly in the sixth month period, the planted hair gets the best results within a year after completing the transplant process. The hair follicles that have been implanted do not fall out because they are taken from the donor area, which is coded for no hair loss, and the hair comes out with the same color and volume as the patient because it is their own hair follicle . In this case, it provides a natural appearance. In order to achieve a natural appearance, the amount of hair present in the hair transplantation has to be accurate, the way the follicles are collected from the donor area have to be done carefully, naturalness of the front hairline has to be done properly and the direction of the hair being implanted has to be the same as your natural hair growth.

FUE stands for follicular unit extraction. It is a form of hair transplant technique that involves extracting individual hair follicles from a donor area of the body, usually the sides and back of the head.

These individual follicles are then rooted in the areas that are affected. Typically, with the men suffering from hair loss this will be the classic horseshoe area.

How does it work?

During the procedure, individual follicles €“ typically between 1 and 4 hairs €“ are removed under local anesthesia. The extraction process utilizes a microsurgical extraction instrument, between 0.6mm and 1.0mm in diameter, to remove the follicles.

The expert surgeon, using specialist microsurgical needles, then punctures the donor area that is to receive the grafts. Our doctors are experts at blending the hair in, inserting the grafts at an angle and density that matches the original hair, so it will resemble a natural and realistic hair pattern.

The length of time for an FUE process can vary, but it usually depends on how many grafts are needed. A smaller process, where only around 200 grafts are needed, can be completed in a couple of hours. However, a larger process of around 2,500 to 3,000 grafts will require a session that stretches over two days. There isn't just one hair restoration treatment that's best for all heads.
