Hi dude, Things have held up well..it's been 8 years since my first surgery with SMG to repair the mess Norton made and i still feel unbelievably lucky and grateful that SMG helped sort out my situation by giving me a normal appearance again.
As you rightly said the FUE surgery was my last one... it healed very quickly indeed, i know it was a relatively small surgery but even so i still feel it made a good cosmetic improvement and i am very happy with how it turned out and i would wholeheartedly recommend SMG for FUE work to anyone wanting a great clinic to perform their surgery.
I will post some pictures over the next few days....been meaning to for a while to be honest just never seemed to have gotten round to it.
Thanks for asking pal and thanks for the kind words;)

Not a problem at all pal i kind of no where your coming from all though not to the same extent as my dads got bowel cancer, he was diagnosed last year. He was supposed to be having it removed and a bag fitting but they were reluctant to do the op as they said his heart wasnt strong enough so he had to either take a big life or death risk and go ahead with the op or re evaluate in six months....he opted to reevaluate and after research on the net he started eating bucket loads of asparagus....this actually made his cancer dissapear and they couldnt find it on the next scan...they then said they were going to check again after six months which he agreed to. Foolishly he stopped taking the asparagus and after a scan a few weeks back the cancer has returned although not as big as it was originally. Hes actually having a camera up today to see how things are at the minute.....praying its not got any worse.
I know this isnt on the same scale as what youve had to go through and still are but i kinda know where you coming from dude.
Take care pal and i wish your mum all the best :)

Not sure to be honest, i don't think it's actually as short as it looks in the pictures. I tend to stick around guard 5 but have gone to 4 in the past;)

Thanks Pete, SMG changed my life for the better.... theres no other way to describe it really and i will be forever greatful. I was a Norwood 6 and my loss was substantial dude....it feels weird seeing them pictures now as it feels like such a long time ago and i kinda forget just how bad things were pal......so glad i don't have to deal with that kind of loss anymore as it was very hard to live with if i'm honest.

I know exactly where you're coming from. Hair loss can be so mentally draining. Getting to a place where you're no longer obsessing about it 24/7, and can pretty much put it out of your mind is priceless. Sounds like SMG have given you your life back.
If you ever needed or wanted any more work done, do you think you have much donor left?
