My pics - - looking into transplant in Hungary

Hey,
I'm from the UK.
Over the last 2 years or so, i've noticed my hair disappearing.
Firstly I noticed the corners of my hairline had receded and got thin.I noticed my general hairline got slightly worseMaybe more worryingly, i've noticed that the general desnity of my whole head seems to has quite drastically decreased. It *FEELS* like i've lost about 40% density!
However, it still doesn't really show much balding on the head apart from the corners.
I wasn't actually aware throughout my life, but I think I always had a slightly high hairline. I never had a perfect hairline, even as a kid. I have pics of me at like 16 where there really isn't a HUGE change between my hairline now and then
I am currently in talks with a hairtransplant place in Hungary and am considering travelling there next year to see if they can fill in the balding corners, as well as hopefully lower the whole hairline (or at least lower the corners so my head looks less wide) just a tad
Just posting my pics here to get any thoughts people might have, really.

If you`re losing density all over it may be worth considering trying Finasteride to stop the loss. Have a few consultations to see what the doctors advise.
There are a few patients on here who had Ht`s in Hungary, Supersmooth is one. You will find them in the patient section.

Hi.I am very weary of finasteride if i'm honest. Out of the 4 people I know in real life who have taken it, 3 of them have experienced fairly bad sides, even after going off of it. It's just scary.I'm also hoping that my general loss won't get a great deal worse anytime soon based on the hair pattern of my 3 brothers and my dad and my grandparents.I feel as though I could potentially be a good candidate for a HT, but i'm still new too all of this and am hoping that what I want is both achievable AND affordable! lol

Hi,
I've always heard that a person can lose up to 50% of their hair before you can see through the scalp making hairloss noticeable to other people. On that note, if you feel you've lost approximately 40% of your hair in the last two years you should hold off surgery until your hair loss stabilizes. Hairloss can run in the family but it's not the only factor.
I agree with bigmac that you should consult the several clinic to get few recommendations.
Best of luck!

Hi Friend

Thanks for posting I have to agree with the other members get some consultations do not rush into having a HT until you have spoken to the professionals and I mean the Doctors and the Clinics who have good reviews and results most of them can be found on this forum , looking at your pictures it does not look that bad but I know it effects us all personally and differently so I respect that always , research and research ask questions and more questions all the very best

Take care I care

Although you donor looked good and your hairloss is not extensive I do feel you are going lose alot more in the future. It is important to consider this if you do not want to take an meds to stabilize your hair loss. I agree with alot of what the other posters say. I always say if you should never base your decision strictly on location or price. Make sure when you do make a decision you feel 100% confident

You have a good density of donor hair that can be used for the restoration of your lost hair follicles through FUE hair transplant surgery. Consult with your nearby surgeon for realistic results.

If your not happy taking Finasteride have you thought about more natural options such as saw palmetto etc.You really do need to stabilize your loss before having g a HT or you could be forever chasing future loss with further procedures.

I like foligain supplements myself and they contain saw palmetto (I do take fin as well though) but find they really help with the overall health of my hair and some of the ingredients suggest they could help with stabilising loss*nl.
