Torsion Traction Compression - The FUE Disaster Myth

Here is part 9 of my Hair Transplant Documentary series featuring Dr. Lupanzula of Medikemos Hair Restoration.

The topic of torsion, traction and compression and how these forces act on follicular units during an FUE procedure has been discussed before but the argument has been somewhat one sided due to bullying behavior and misleading comments.

Fact is, if these three forces were so insurmountable as some would have us believe, why do top FUE clinics crank out so many great results on a consistent basis? Have they realized something that others haven't? Is there a way to minimize these forces to the point that they are not as damaging as some would have us believe? The evidence is pretty compelling.

Very interesting video. Big fan of Dr Lupanzula's work so it was great to watch, listen and learn a little about the things he uses during surgeries.

Nice video explaining Fue. It's great to hear different doctors opinions on this. Dr Lupanzula is doing exceptionally good fue. I met 3 of his patkents in Prague at the ISHRS conference, their results were brilliant. The hive of activity around these patients was by buzzing, all the doctors wanted to examine the quality and naturalness.

The Fue results produced from a lot of clinics are outstanding.

Great video Joe. Having seen in person so many excellent FUE results it is clear while these forces exist for FUE extraction if done carefully and time is taken it does not have an impact on the growth and final results.
I have seen Dr Lupanzula's technique first hand and know what a gentle touch he has when scoring the skin and extracting.
