This looks nice and natural, especially with the irregularities along the hairline. I will assume his frontal loss had taken many years to progress to where it was pre op and him not having miniaturised hair anywhere else on his scalp. His donor looked very good on the sides. Have you a picture showing the back with extractions and how it looks now?
