Looks good stephan thanks for posting , does dr B prefer scar revisions or fue into poor strip scars as people wanting poor scarring fixed from dodgy clinics seems to be a very hot topic on the forums of late

It very much depends case by case and what the condition of the scar is in. With any revision there is likely chance of stretch back (hopefully PRP testing can counter this) and the point of a revision is to make the scar better not potentially leave it the same.

It can be hard not having performed the previous procedure to know what is going on underneath the skin surface, how deep the cut was made and how much fibrosis occured. Adding hair to a scar can at least break it down and camouflage, it will always be there obviously but the effects from adding hair can be good. BH can also be used with some effect so scalp hair doesn't have to be touched or depleted.

i find it encouraging that you feel there is at least at this point some anecdotal evidence using prp on scar revisions, this is my ultimate hope, because it is the quickest and most cost effective in reducing/eliminating strip scars, ive had multiple fue surgeries in hopes of hiding my upper scar, notr to mention revisions by the oringinal doc who left me with these scars, i did have success in reduceing some of my lower scarring with wolf and rahal, and i would wait to see if prp did prove effectinve in helping to improve scar appearance as i was planning to have some more scar revision early next yr, ive realized i may have tried to implant to much in an area with impeded blood supply, you also create more scarring when making incisions, which may affect subsequent growth, i think its best to hit the scar one time, and hopefully that would garner enough growth to help to camo the scar, i eargerly await any future update bhr will give in regards to prp and its use in either strip surgery or revision
