Dear forum members:

This patient had his surgery on April 2009 to improve his hairline and mid scalp.

To achieve this goal, Dr. rahal and his staff inserted 2971 grafts. The pre op and 8 months lates photos were taken by the patient.

The patient is now at 8 months post op so there could be improvement regarding growth, texture and width of the tranplanted hair.

PRE OP

TWO MONTHS POST OP

THREE AND A HALF MONTHS POST OP

FOUR MONTHS POST OP

SEVEN MONTHS POST OP

EIGHT MONTHS POST OP

Nice work.  Looks great as usual. Very solid hairline and density.

This patient looks like he has really good density overall and his loss is mainly in the sides.  Were there grafts planted in the frontal tuft as well?  2971 graft count for his receded area is a lot of grafts - a bit more than I'm used to seeing but I imagine it was needed to closely match existing hairs.  The outcome is certainly outstanding and he looks very happy.
