Wear a scarf under a bike helmet
A clean scarf under the bike helmet will absorb the moisture resulting from sweat. Sweat contains salt that can ruin your hair if not treated on time. So just wearing a helmet is not enough. Invest in a clean scarf to cover your head also.
Scarf prevent your hair from friction
The inside of the helmet covering your head is made up of a special material. It creates friction when it comes in contact with your hair. This friction results in hair damage and hair fall. Wearing a scarf keeps your hair from this friction. Now you know the importance of a scarf in your life bikers, huh.
Wash your hair regularly
Wash your hair regularly with a mild shampoo. It will clean your hair and scalp from all the impurities accumulated due to moisture and dust while riding a bike. Remember, by washing hair regularly does not mean washing your hair daily. Wash your hair on alternate days. If your hair are dry, then wash your hair after a gap of 2-3 days.
Washing your hair daily will rob them of natural moisture. Dry hair are more prone to damage.
Massage your scalp with oil
Scalp massage with oil nourishes your hair and makes them healthy and strong. Massage your scalp gently and leave it as it is for about 20-40 minutes before washing it with a mild shampoo. Healthy hair can fight against all types of impurities.
