For all clients of KSL who have been left with poor results and nowhere to turn to.
I would recommend going to see a good lawyer who operates on a no win no fee basis as these cases have the potential to be expensive otherwise.
I am using the law firm Jones Whyte law. They are a Glasgow based firm and their number is 0141 375 1222.
Now I have no affiliation with them and I am by no means advertising them but they have been first class with me so far. They know all about KSL and they have spent many months gathering evidence against them.
If the company is in liquidation then there are still avenues to pursue
You can pursue the company through the liquidators. KSL Hair ltd and KSL medical are using a company called Begbie Traynor. I am led to believe that KSL medical has assets including property to sell which will be used to pay creditors.
You can pursue the surgeons directly.
You can pursue any insurers that provided cover for the clinics.
You can pursue any company which has provided finance for your procedure so long as the finance is over £100. This comes under the credit agreement section 75. This is for companies like Shawbrook who provided most KSL clients with their finance. This is also the case for any credit card company if you paid any portion of your procedure on the card over £100.
It is worth noting that the finance company or credit card company is equally liable for the amount paid. So if you paid £100 on credit card and £7900 in cash then you can claim £8000 back from the card company. The finance/credit card company can also be held responsible for the price of a repair job.
I sincerely hope that nobody has to go down these avenues but the reality is that KSL has left hundreds of people in despair and a lot of them don t know where to turn.
If anyone has any questions send me a message and I ll get back to you ASAP.
Cheers
