Hi TC

An important part of the bigger picture is making sure that the patient is well informed and educated about the prospect of future loss.

This patient has been on medication for some time and obviously knows the importance of continuing. He knew also the importance of future planing and was specific as to what he wanted to achieve from his first procedure and realistically knew there could be need for more surgeries.

With a slightly conservative hair line approach, in keeping with age, and frontal third coverage, as was his priority, we placed into the lateral humps where there were signs of miniaturisation and potential future loss, so in essence addressing the concerns raised.

He did have higher than average groupings and indeed higher than average density and thus made a good candidate. He was not average with respect to this.

He does have options in terms of techniques for the future, it would be prudent when he decides to go Strip again and then later FUE to expand upon the donor area further, again step by step with sufficient planning.

Looks great and this patient is very fortunate to have a lot of 3's and 4 hair groupings.  It makes such a difference in density.  Thanks for providing both hair and graft count.
