 This case is a 46 year old man with excellent donor hair characteristics.
He recieved 3055 grafts to restore his hair.

 Looks like a great transformation on him, Dr. Wolf.  And he certainly seems to have great donor supply.  Very nice. 

I'm curious about everyone's clinic - do you keep track of each patient's individual fu's? 

I know each clinic is a little different.  We keep 1's 2's 3's and 4's in separate sections as they are cut and kept in separate sections while planting.  I've heard some clinics keep just the single hair grafts separate and combine rest of the multi fu's to mix it up while planting.  Just wondering your clinic's technique.

We separate the grafts into three categories, ones, twos, and three/ fours. We don't keep the threes and four separate as we generally use the same size incision for both threes and fours. I use at least three different size incisions, sometimes more if there are big and small ones and twos.

The after photos were at 18 months, so it's a mature result.

Thanks for the compliment. This site really shows that there is great work being done by a number of doctors. If a patient is a candidate for transplants, there can be a dramatic transformation.

Thanks for addressing my questions, Dr. Wolf....really appreciate it given your time constraints.  I know many times we plant 3 and 4 hair grafts into the same size incisions if they are very similar in size.
