Hi Adam
No - I didn't do any scalp stretching exercises as my scalp felt was quite loose anyway. One thing I would do though is get a support for your neck when you are on the chair. You know the type of thing that you get when travelling. The reason why I say this is when they stitch up the donor area you'll be lying with your head against the chair ie right on the section that's just stitched - being in that position for a long time, plus with people prodding and plant in the graft can irritate the stitches. I remember I had some swelling on the side that was more against the head rest. By putting the support just between the neck and bottom part of the head you will take some of the pressure off the stitches.
Good luck. What doctor is doing the job? Always best to research the doctor. Put up your pics before and after shots as soon as you have it done.
