Rogaine Foam for women

Hi all,

I have been using Rogaine Foam for some time now, I was seeing what I thought was potential growth but it seems to have stopped. I'm also getting scalp pain in my mid vertex. Everything seemed to be going fine until recently, could this be a temporary setback? Or should I switch to a lower strength Rogaine?

Hi there.

What type of pain are you getting, when i used Minoxidil i got irritation which was a sore pain and constant itching so i stopped using it.

You could try switching to a lower strength and see how it goes, if it persists i would stop using it until you have seen your GP or a HT doctor.

Take care.

Bm.

Hi Bigmac,
I switched to the 2% Minoxidil which regrew my lost hair, I had thinned out over most of my head but now it's back to its original state. I still use Minoxidil to maintain my hair.
Thank you for your initial advice.
Theresa.

Instead of switching to Rogaine lower strength you can use it on alternative days along with keratin diet therapy which will solve your problem.

Austen. Switching down to the lower strength was successful for me, therefor I have no need to change or add anything at this time.
Thank you for recommendation though.
