Hey I thought you would never ask €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦lol €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦..yesterday I decided to go with cooked eggs €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦.sunny side up as not to oxidize the valuable cholesterol in the yolk €¦ €¦ €¦keep the heat low and the yolk cool €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦..using virgin non gmo coconut oil €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦cold pressed. I took the picture for something else I am working on.
I had this for lunch and then again for dinner €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦.also had a nightcap of 4 raw eggs in a shake. So it was a 24 egg day for me €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦normally I stick with about a dozen €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦man does not live by egg alone. Snacked on some walnuts too.

I recently read that Pfizer has come out with a chewable €œkid friendly € version of Lipitor and they would like to mandate universal screening for school children with high cholesterol to determine if they need some treatment. Wow €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦.really amazing to watch the system work sometimes.

How did we ever manage to make it to adulthood without all these medications are body needs €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦..guess we just got lucky. Doesnt' take much to get me going............just poke me with a stick every so often and I will be happy to oblige ;)

Something I suppose is unique about me is that I can do the same thing over and over, day after day, week after week, year after year €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦..etc and never get tired of it as long as I believe it €™s the right thing to do.

The first time I purchased grass fed beef was about 20 years ago and I had to have a farmer in Montana ship it to me in Illinois as the product was just not available here. But slowly over time over the years more and more people started waking up other people up and now it a bit more popular as many are starting to understand the system and the money behind the crap they were eating. But unfortunately many are still making very bad decisions yet they honestly believe they are informed.

No different the hair transplant industry. Not too many want to speak the truth because it €™s not to their advantage to do so €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦why upset the apple cart. But slowly overtime as with anything else many start to get the picture and they make the right choice. Instead of reaching for the statin they reach for another egg as they realize most of those disseminating information were self serving and in the process many were harmed.

You hear of governments complaining about obesity, health issues etc yet they sanction all these harmful ingredients in our food. Crazy.
Back onto food, would you say a diet of meat. Poultry and vegetables with nuts and berries would be a solid healthy way of eating plus eggs.

Yes BM the foods you have mentioned for the most part..................but of course there is much more to it then that............wish it were simple.................but it's not and it can't be explained in just a few pages.................but yes those foods are a good start.

I have been doing all this for a very, very long time as it has always been my biggest interest for some reason so I speak from actual experience and it took me a long time to figure many things out as many stood in the way over the years with their crap expertise. Sometimes I look back as say to myself what an f'ing waste of time and energy I expended when if someone would have simply been honest along the way it would have been much easier. I try to pass on what I know............many don't like the way that I do it...............but I have strong feelings, why lead others down the wrong path.

Quick story we have the son of a friend of my wife staying with us for the last year or so. He is about 30 and like many his age doesn't seem know much about what is important. He reads the fitness magazines and buys the protein powders......etc. But whenever I bump into him around the house he will ask a question and I always tell him how he is wasting his time with that crap and the body doesn't work that way and you have to do this because of this and blah, blah, blah. He looks at me like I'm talking a foreign language because it's all the opposite of what he is reading.

He went on vacation for a week to Miami, FL recently and when he came back he was excited to show me 2 photos of himself one before which he described as flabby and looking like crap and the second one where he actually had abs. He had a big smile on his face and told me he started doing what I told him to do...............so of course that made me feel good and it makes up for the way I give the advice. I just don't have time for bullshit nor should anyone else. They deserve straight advice and nothing less...............

Ok sounds good, would you say portion size matters or can foods like veg be ate in whatever quantity until you've had enough.

Well yes when it comes to vegetables you can eat until your hearts content but it also depends on what you consider a vegetable. Anything green is usually very safe.

But of course corn, peas, carrots for instance would be a no.

You are looking at grains, legumes, and root vegetables which for example should not be on the list at least if we are speaking of unlimited portions.

What's wrong with eating too many carrots, I always thought they were good good for you, the greens easy to get here are spinach, broccoli, cabbage, what would cauliflower be classed as?

Actually those are some of the best greens €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦spinach especially for raising nitric oxide levels a natural Viagra and or courses cruciferous vegetables help remove estrogens from the system. One step better would be to culture those cruciferous vegetables. Shred them up get some starter culture and some mason jars €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦..infinitely more nutritious.

Carrots for the most part are just too high in sugar on occasion and raw would be okay but much better to stick to the others.

I can understand the confusion about carrots. When I was much younger I would go through a 50lb.............22 KG sack of carrots every 2 weeks. I did that for a long time and it is absolutely true I learned through a lot of experience of trial and error no different than hair transplantation.............like I say I wish I knew somebody that could have set me straight.............oh well.

Much better to eat liver, or something like pastured butter, cod liver oil. The nutrient density is multiple times higher and Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin so when it's presented to the body in the form of food/fat it becomes usable.

It's like krill................sure you could consume krill oil capsules but what eats krill..........what's higher up on the food chain..................whales for instance and if you eat whale you would want to be sure to eat the whale blubber...............Eskimos know this because it has been handed down from generation to generation from observation.

It's also why protein with no fat.............protein powder for example is crap. I was around when liquid protein came on the market..............people were dying from their all protein diet. I have a fairly good memory for both nutrition and hair transplantation. Who did and said what and when they said it. It's only over time one can figure out all the bullshit and get at the truth. I truly feel sorry for anyone that is clueless about nutrition/medicine...................they are very easy marks.............they are 100% absolutely clueless and very hard to even have a conversation with as they don't even know 1+1 yet...................only what those making the money want them to know..............and just like ht many that do know can't say much because those that are making the money might sue them. So all one can do is state their opinion and if people follow.................good for them.................if not............learn the hard way...............just hope you don't end up with cancer, stroke or some other oddball disease before you figure it all out.

Sure frozen if fresh is not available is a good second choice. You should try growing your own broccoli sprouts...............about 50 times the potentcy of regular broccoli and very easy to do.

Many think this is all hard and extra work.................usually those that just seem to focus their life on this constant need to make more and more money to more and more useless crap...........then one day they can't move their arm and are talking out of the side of their mouth because they just had a stroke...............it becomes more evident to them at that point that all the useless crap is just that useless crap.

The best diet is no diet just as you said eating better and increasing you exercise. The trick is to make small changes you can carry with you for life. Your body will adjust accordingly slowly naturally and like I said for life.

I grow my food in my little garden. I'm into planting vegetables and it's a relief that probably I have a green thumb since they are growing healthy. I make sure to increase my intake of green veggies and limit my meat intake. I also put very little salt to my food and use healthy oils only.

Here I am mentioning the list of some food items that can help in healthy living:

Blueberries

These maintain most of their power in dried, frozen, or jam form

Spinach

Make your salads with spinach

Yogurt

Yogurt topped with blueberries, walnuts, flaxseed, and honey can be the ultimate breakfast

Tomatoes

Double the amount of tomato paste in any recipe or you can take tomatoes in the morning with black pepper

Carrots

Raw baby carrots, sliced raw yellow pepper, butternut squash soup, carrot juice

Black Beans

Wrap black beans in a breakfast burrito or use both black beans and kidney beans in your food

Walnuts

Sprinkle on top of salads, chop and add to pancake batter etc.

Oats

Eat oats and cereals that have a fibre content of at least 5 grams per serving.
