Hair Loss After Pregnancy

I had the same situation. I was soo afraid of becoming bald, so I went to the doctor and she told me that there is no need to worry. She subscribed me medication treatment, but beside this, I had to follow her recommendations:
- to eat more protein(ex. beans), natural fats (nuts) and vitamins (ideally fresh berries and veggies, but you can also take complex pills)
- to use oil and butter treatments (forex, coconut oil, murumuru butter) and deep conditioners to enrich your hair with natural fat and stimulate hair growth;
- to use a wooden hairbrush to spread the natural oil(sebum) over the length, prevent the new hair from drying and breaking;
- take sunbathing, in order to increase the vitamin d, which is very important for our hair.

All those simple tips helped me, and I am still using them. I can't be sure that it will work for you, but hope you'll find them helpful.
Take care of you and your baby and stay healthy)

My wife has the same problem. I just want to add, that burdock oil helps( just massage into the scalp and leave it for 15 min, or so). Concerning the hairbrush, I've heard a lot about but never decided to buy it. I've made a research and found wooden hairbrush reviews on Monica's blog. Which one would you recommend? I'm a little confused about so many options on the internet.

Waiting for your response.

Hair loss problem after the pregnancy is quite common in women.It is due to hormonal changes, the hair start falling after it. So to recover from the hair loss problem, start taking healthy and nutritional diet which is full of proteins and vitamins.
