Thanks for sharing these amazing and very effective hair care tips. I also suffered from the similar problems and It was very depressing for me. One of my friends advised me to use natural products like coconut oil, olive oil massage for my hair. Fortunately, in just a week I saw amazing results and after one month my hair stopped falling and started becoming stronger, thicker and healthier. It also gives hair more shine than ever. Moreover natural foods and herbs like Aloe Vera, eggs, honey, Indian gooseberry, henna, orange juce can be very effective for hair.

it's also highly important to make different balm and mask for hair. in addition, I'd advice to take special vitamins for hair loss, such a B12, B6, B5, A etc. I usually buy sets of them with a discount they are more helpfull in a set comparing with separately taking.

Thanks for the tips but then again there are a lot of tips . But ultimately it depends on what kind of hair you have got . If its strong and hard , you might want to loosen it a bit , for others it might be curly and they might want to get it straightened . It depends on the person , but maintaining hair is neutral for everyone ( that's what i believe ) .

Hello is it true that if I apply castor oil mixed with coconut oil then hair growth will be quicker. can any one tell me how i can increase volume and while also reducing bald spots without surgery? One of my friend has suggested that i take multivitamins like Evion 400 as hair loss can also be caused because of the body lacking in some types of vitamins. How true is that? Your advice will be appreciated.

It is true that castor oil aids in hair growth. It is a renowned fact that it not only makes your hair stronger but it also helps in regrowth. One of the best ways to make a good mix for hair growth is to aid 2 thirds of warm coconut hair oil and one third of castor oil. Once that is done you can add dip curry leaves to it. You can keep it for a few hours with a shower cap on. After that you need to thoroughly was your hair with a shampoo as the castor oil can be quite sticky and smelly. You should do this at least thrice a week.

Don't wash your hair every day and whenever you do, apply some conditioner on the ends. Try and use the same brand of shampoo and conditioner.
For oiling purpose, you can use castor oil mixed with coconut oil.

First you use some water and then use a light weight oil like coconut, olive or almond. Follow this with shea butter or any creamy conditioner of your choice. Leave it in for a while and then wash thoroughly.
