16 months post first procedure And time for second procedure...
This was my issue before BTW. See the middle is thin.
Whilst left and right front temples are looking thick with new hair...the middle is now thinner.

Thanks Sean, Just emailed you.
How's your hair loss going? You taking minoxidil or propecia?

An update my end - I am back in Budapest hair Palace under going second procedure, to dense up zones 1 & 2 u improve density.
So far so good.
Hate those injections at first but I.am use to the procedure now.
Dosed off for about an hour in clinic but all went well. Today they extracted 2581 hairs and implanted in zones 1& 2.
The island patchbi had was considered zone zone 1.
Tomorrow they will extract additional 2500 hairs and implant in zones 2 & 3 if enough donor hair is available.

Just to contrast ...before surgery. See how thin crown is and also there is sufficient donor hair to extract 5000 hairs.

Thanks - An update - this is before - you can see the new hair after last HT - looks thicker.

Inside the circle is where the new hair has been implanted and regrown - outside is where the hair loss has continued and needs to be more dense.

Hopefully this should add density to zone 1 (frontal island) & zone 3 (vertex/crown) - as for zone 2 - only 580 hairs were implanted and including last time 425 - I have just over 1000 hairs in zone 2. And whilst that is thinner - it doesn't bother me - I could comb my hair back in the frontal zone and comb the hair forwards in the vertex/crown. What do you think?

Also the hairs were implanted in between existing hair - the island in front. The doctor said it would add density - hope it just doesn't ruin existing hair there. But glad it's not been forgotten because if i do lose hair in the front tuff il'' end up with a circular bald patch.

Again! - Do refer back to my old pics.,Just a reminder , i've now had a total of 11,500 hairs implanted including my first procedure.

My doctor also said the max they could now extract could be perhaps 2000 hairs if I wanted to go back and if I continue to thin again in 2 years, but then again i don't know if it would be too obvious as i would have used up all my grafts!

Are 3 hair transplants possible anyone?

Attached pic just after the procedure.

Thanks Dazz - This is my donor area 1 week post procedure (2nd procedure). All scabbed up, but healing well!

I can still feel some tingling and pulsating sensation/throbbing when i bend down or look down in the implanted zones !! I had this during the first few days of my first hair transplant procedure in Nov 2015 but it's been over a week post procedure now and I am still getting this pulsating /throbbing sensation - is this normal still to experience throbbing/pulsating sensations in the implanted zones? Anyone?

Not looking forward to the hair shedding in a weeks time!!;ss;

Just realised that when rinsing my hair under the shower, after a gentle massage of the scalp to get crusts and scabs off - it's made the throbbing pain and pulsating sensation start off once again! I assume this is normal one week post procedure!? Or because I was massaging it lightly in the shower?

Just a quick update two weeks post procedure - I have washed out most of my scabs off with organic baby shampoo but some hairs started to fall out around day 10 and now it's 2 weeks post procedure and it's shedding - transplanted hairs are falling out). -But like my first procedure- isn't this a little too early for shedding don't you think? During my first procedure I shed around the 2nd week too!

I know it's all expected but is an early shed of hair shaft good so that the follicle can sleep or go back to it's Anagen phase, or is it better if it sheds a little later on after a month!? - I have read stories on here of some patients who are complaining that they have had little shedding of any?

Or will the shedding of implanted hairs have no over all impact on the growth of new hair after 3 months!? - Just wondering?

I am at this shedding phase stage now;;::::/}:BY:>? 2.5 weeks post procedure:

Hey, anyone? Will it effect the new growth if you rub your itchy scalp in the implanted zones and the hair shed?

Thanks - This is the donor area 3 weeks post procedure. - Healing well!

BTW Do you think it's OK to use Caffine Shampoo 3 weeks post procedure? Because, I seem to have a very greasy/oily scalp?
