It doesn't look good ! Who was the Dr ? I would get advice of some reputable clinics they may be able to transplant around the bad work and blend it all in?

Sorry to hear of your predicament.

Are you UK/Europe/USA based?

Some more experienced posters may be able to offer you some good advice on here. It may be prudent to post a few more photos of your sides showing your available donor. A top down photo showing your hair on the top of your head too.

Who was your Surgeon and what feedback have you received from them on your results?

Best wishes.

You have some serious cobblestoning, it's usually caused by grafts stuffed into the recipient sites. Your hair looks thin too.
If a doctor agrees to try a repair, I emphasise "try" as some won't accept you as a patient. You need to know too much damage may have been caused already rendering an acceptable repair result very difficult. These are the negative implications.
Now let's try to be positive for you. Let's say you have several consults resulting in doctors willing to try a repair session or sessions as it may require more than one. My suggestion would be, punch out the worst grafts, re-plant them in another area. Once the punched out area has healed, re-plant the area with refined follicular units to create a new natural hairline.
How does your donor look? Who was your doctor?

It looks like you have pitting. Have you some pictures from further away so I can see what the whole transplanted area looks like? You may need another procedure to repair this one. New grafts may have to be placed in and around these existing ones to help camouflage them.

Sorry for the late reply.

I had 3650 grafts placed.

Here are more pictures. Let me know what you think?

In these pictures, my hairline looks better due to the lighting.

Fraxel should work to smooth out the bumps and pitting. It does not look as though you received growth from 3500 grafts, maybe 1000 plus area. Are there any pictures showing the placement and donor extractions?
I don't think it looks natural what grew. Did your doctor explain why it turned out like this?

Did he only transplant your hairline? In the last set of pictures, your hairline does not look too bad but I hear what you`re saying regarding the lighting etc.
If only the hairline, I would not be satisfied with how it turned out. Who was your clinic or doctor?

The clinic is called Dubai cosmetic surgery and Dr name is cagatay suzgin whi is claim he has huge experience Fue and stem cell FUE

I do not ask for that hairline and i provide him with old picture of me to do the same then i was surprised he did something else

There was hair in the middle and he transplant the frontal third, however i lost the hiar due to surgery

Furthermore, my scalp is not normal anymore

The clinic told me at time of consultation that they have new technique called stem cell fue which consider the best technique in the world and can make the har in donor area to growth by 30% to 50%

When i told them i know the hair transplant can make a lot of scars and show them some pics, they laugh at me and told me this is old technique and it create scars but our technique is only using 0.6 mm tool which might create something so minimal and will not make any harm even they told me we can say it is not even a minor surgery and everyone is doing it

Stem Cell FUE sounds like an advertising pun, dip the grafts in the magic solution and hey presto, you got better grafts.
If possible, consult other doctors. Then email this current doctor with their diagnosis of your situation. Don't mention what the doctors names are, just wait and see what they reply back.

He told me he is a well known doctor and Dr Bernstin know him well

Just because he knows Dr Bernstein well does not make him good at hair transplants.
Apologies for the slow reply, I did a reply over a week ago but it must not have went through.
