i am young and 22 years old i am facing a very serious issue that my hairs are loosing rapidly, one of my college fellow suggest me the hair transplant treatment. she said that her father had a hair transplant in Dubai, I saw him, no one can judge that he had a hair transplant. Is there anyone who suggest me that is that good if i go through a surgical procedure.

It's hard to be sure from the pic but to me it just looks like a natural parting in the hair that looks slightly thin probably due to the harsh lighting.

If your still concerned though you should arrange a consultation with a transplant clinic to have it properly assessed.

You don't need a hair transplant. This is exactly the type of VERY early stage hair loss that Minoxidil is designed for.

I recommend using Kirkland generic Minoxidil as directed on the packaging.

You could also add a weak ketoconazole shampoo such as Revita and possibly consider Nizoral a couple of times per week.

That should cover your level of hair loss for at least the foreseeable future.

As Pete from Farjo says, it's very hard to tell what's happening with your hair from the single photo. Dark hair against white skin with a bright light won't flatter anyone. If you do have diffuse hair loss, I'd recommend seeing your GP before considering any treatment.
