Hi all, I am very new to the HT scene. I am 36 years old and have been receding since my early teens. Recently I have resulted in shaving my heard to hide the baldness.
A friend of mine had FUE done a few years back in Turkey and his results are great. Since speaking to him I have started looking into the possibility of having FUE treatment myself. Luckily I stumbled across this great forum, so thank you to all who contribute.
Whilst Im not 100% sure yet of having the treatment I have completed a couple of online consultations with mixed responses. One offering a price and treatment plan immediately, one saying they don't think FUE will work as future hair loss may be a problem and unsure of donor area being strong enough, so would need a face to face meeting and a couple of others who haven't replied yet, it was only completed the beginning of last week.(Mix of Turkey, Belgium and London clinics contacted)
As it stands I have to consider the possibility that FUE may not be a possibility for me, I will have to have a face to face appointment for a full examination but I was wondering if any anyone else has been told this before and what alternatives there are?
Many thanks all.
