A healthy diet is one of the key factors to generating healthy hair growth. Foods that are high in protein, omega 3, fatty acids, iron zinc, and biotin are all important for this.
  • Salmon: This oily fish contains ultra-high amounts of omega 3 fatty acids which promote healthy, beautiful hair. [/*]
  • Sweet potato: Packed with beta-carotene, this is a great source of vitamin A to prevent a dry scalp and dandruff.[/*]
  • Carrots: Carrots help to condition the scalp and balance its natural oils to give super shiny results.[/*]
  • Avocados: Not only are they full of good fats, avocados are packed with vitamin B and E, which help repair a damaged scalp and help speed up the healthy hair growth process.[/*]
  • Oats and nuts: A handful of these are a great source of minerals and vitamins like B, D and E, resulting in sleek, shiny hair strands.[/*]

If you are really serious about your hair fall, I would advise you to pay attention to the kind of foods you eat.

Don €™t just eat junk, instead of that eat foods rich in Omega 3 fatty acid (from flax seed), and vitamins. Eating figs also help in improving the health your hair and helps in regrowing process.

Diet is so important. Ever since I started to see my hair starting to fall out, I've been reading up on every possible solutions - and almost every single one mentions maintaining a healthy diet as poor nutrition can cause hair loss!
I've been trying to make sure I have vitamin C and A, and zinc. I'm also looking into trying a supplement to get even more nutrients and hopefully stop my hair loss. I like the ingredients in this product.
