Stinging Nettle, Pygeum Bark, Saw Palmetto, Beta Sitosterol

1) Stinging Nettle
2) Pygeum Bark
3) Saw Palmetto
4) Beta Sitosterol

Has anyone used any of the above natural products and/or does anyone have any info on what the recommended daily dosages are for using them in relation to hairloss ?

My brother uses Saw Palmetto with some success. He was rapidly loosing his hair before he started on this for prostate issues and now his loss has stopped.
Not sure of the dose he takes though to be honest and i don't think he even realizes it's helping his hair either as he's not taking it for that reason and he's certainly not clued up on hair loss products as he doesn't give a shit about loosing hair (unlike me lol)
