Hello,
On the 19th December, I was in Istanbul (Turkey) to have my hair transplant by doctor Lale Keskin.

Grafts: 3500 for a total of 10000 hairs
Unfortunately, I have got some bloody crusts on my hairline after the surgery until the 4th week (1month).

Now I'm using a cream to prevent a scar.
I don't know what you think about that and should be the results at Month+3.

Hi there Zefashion

I am really sorry to see that you have had issues with the blood scabs post surgery. Were you given any instructions by the clinic or any aftercare?

Hi Zefashion.
I`m sorry to see your situation. The work does not look good, your skin looks as though it is scarring already at 1 1/2 months.
Have you contacted the clinic with your concerns? Also, where are you from?

Smoking is bad for your health and not recommended after a HT but I €™ve not seen it cause this.

Unfortunate I can't answer that. You will have to wait and see what growth you get. 3 months is relatively early to see a decent amount of growth, it could start then but it's usually around 5 months plus you see things happening. Unless you're an early grower like some.
Ask the clinic for more immediate post op pictures, that's if they took any.

Hopefully you get good growth. Did you question the doctor on your graft count?

She said : you will get 75% growth where youve got the injuries. She asks me to use minoxidil to give a boost for the growth but i replied that her work wasnt good otherwise i wont use minox or other products

Is she a dentist who has decided to try her hand at FUE? Unfortunately, I don't speak Turkish.

What made you choose this clinic?

She was working for a clinic for 15 years.
She made the FUE to one of my cousin, the result was just amazing.
Then she opened her own business...

Ok, so it may be the techs at her clinic who aren`t as good as the previous clinic she worked at.

Your skin still looks inflamed. At 8 weeks it should be back to normal. Are you far from the clinic? If not, I would go back and show them your scalp. See what they have to say in person.

Oh yea my bad. I remember you`re from Belgium. Seeing a dermatologist is a good idea, maybe some steroid cream will sort it out. Let us know how you get on.
Best of luck.
