This patient had his procedure with Dr. Bisanga and BHR Clinic team one year ago approx. The patient had a previous FUE procedure (1800-2000 grafts approx.) on another clinic, but he did not reached the expected yield. As a consequence, donor density decreased up to 40 FU/cm2 in some areas, which drastically reduced overall donor capacity.

The goal with this procedure was to rebuild frontal 1/3 and hairline, connecting with humps.

If the patient wishes to increase coverage on 2nd half, he would probably have to combine FUE + BH.

This gentleman looks a lot better well done. The work looks very refined too as always. In the post you mentioned that if he wanted to address the area further back that he would need a combination of BHT and FUE, is this something BHR does regular or is this just a rare occurance and for patients who have almost depleted their donor?

Thanks for the comments. On 2nd procedures we would usually advice a new FUE procedure, but since donor density was already low, Dr. Bisanga proposed a combination of FUE + BH.

We don't do it every day but Dr. Bisanga performs a significant % of surgeries using BEARD grafts.
