This section will list what may happen if you don`t do your research. I see many advertisements promising everything. Some Ads are from genuine good clinics, whilst others are from people after your money.
Please do not mention any clinics, doctors or individuals in this section. Its purpose is to help educate patients on what red flags to watch out for and the positives to adhere to.

During our consultation, I hear quite often that people send 1-2 pictures via Whatsapp and get a response very quickly with a complete offer and package.

I am totally agree with you that without research you shoudn't do anything such if your looking for hair loss treament then you should do some sort of RND and research about different treatment procedure and outcome results of these tretment ..

No research = risk (cheap packages in salesman style offers, unhygenic clinic, risk of infections, scarring, over harvesting, damaged grafts, pluggy hair, expensive corrective surgery)

Hi, recently I have had 3500 graphs in 3.5 hours with

Dr. Fevzi Kortay and Dr. Tayfun

The experience is as follows:

1. consultation and design of my hairline
2. Professional photography and assurances
3. Operation room clean and tidy
4. Operation room equipped with HEPA filters - COVID SECURE
5. Local anaesthesia and comfort
6. Openings - Extracting - implantation process
7. General exam
8. Health check
9. Vitality fluids and complimentary products provided
10. They are still in touch with me....

this is the best service I have had!

Of course I agree with you. In due time I will create an additional post. But to quickly address your questions...

1. Two months ago I have had the surgery.
2. The results are promising. The donor area was not damaged or scarred or scratched. Furthermore, the extraction area is completely healed, before or after the extraction area cannot tell difference - so clean job done! I’m grateful.
3.I was told by Dr Fevzi Kortay and Dr Tayfun Oguzoglu I would be able to see the full results after 4 months.

I suggest you contact them as below and see what your initial thoughts are:

Ok thanks for that
After 4 months u see the final result ???
Seems way to early to see results mate,
I'd say 9 to 12 months
I've had 3 hair transplants which I'm not happy with so I know abit about the downtime and growth times
But hope it all works out well for u

I am sorry to hear you have had a bad experience.
I am extremely enthusiastic and am happy. I have had such a headache of researching the right Doctor for this. To have British educated doctors treating me was just above and beyond my expectations. Therefore, wishing you all the best.

Seeing your full results after 4 months? I presume you mean you will start seeing growth/results after 4 months but the final result will be around 12 months.
It would be more helpful if you add your story to the patient section. Hair Transplant patients

Research should be with regards to finding quality in the work. The final results has to be assured and in sync with the vision of the patient as well as the capability of the doctor to achieve that.. The other factors that come into play - instrumentation, technique etc etc... also play vital roles in the end look. For someone who would avoid proper researchand rush into a surgery, the consequences could be dreadful.

Hi, recently I have had 3500 graphs in 3.5 hours with

I truly hope you made a typo.

I believe it is physcally impossible to have a 3500 grafts FUE treatment from start to finish in 3.5 hours.

If the dr told u u got 3500 grafts in 3.5 hrs
Hmmmmmmm
Takes time to do 3500 grafts
Yeah they could have lots of techs implanting the grafts but if it's over 3 5 hrs the angles of the transplants could be all over the place
