Well I'm heading off to the hair dr in Dewsbury tomorrow. Nervous, but ready. I would like to thank all those people that post their experiences on here, really does help make the decision.

Well I'm home after my op, not going to say too much now as it's been a long day. Just want to say a massive thank you to the hair dr and his team, they are indeed worthy of all the praise they get. I will add some details as soon as have composed my thoughts.

Again thanks to all of those who posted their experiences on here, really did tip the balance, decision wise.

Well I've had a couple of days at home and I feel fine, taking the medication as advised and even sleeping pretty well. I think I could have picked a better travel pillow, not seen any advice on that subject? That said it's kept my grafts away from everything. I was up at eight the following morning and decided I could work from home, which was a bonus, as it s kept me busy for the last two days. On the day of the procedure doctor Arshad was concerned about the quality of some of my donor area and suggested we focus primarily on the front of my head, being very conservative with the number of donors. I have say this was mentioned in the video consultation. Anyway he made a start and the day passed with next to no pain at all. As it turned out, because I have a small head the 2200 and odd grafts covered pretty with several hundred 3 hair grafts left for the crown. The doctor said the coverage at the front was good and did all that was possible on the crown in order to avoid having another procedure. All in all its so far good, can't praise doctor Arshad and his team enough, truly amazed with the whole process. I apologise in advance for the pictures, but I'm truly useless with a camera

Ye I took a few for the consultation. Pretty short, so it's more or less as it was on the day. Again photos are a bit rubbish.

Looks like it’s healing well!!

Just out of curiosity do you have your graph/hair break down?

I don't have it, although I'm sure I could get hold of it. From memory it was about 500 3's, a 1000 2's and 700 1's.

Thanks, it's much appreciated. It seems like the area is on the edge of a government intervention. Let's hope it these life changing ops are not affected by this horrible pandemic. They certainly have all the checks in place.
