In season 17 As Kim was casually chatting with Kourtney, she spotted a bald patch on the top of Kourtney's head and immediately freaked out. “Kourtney, you have a really big spot on the top of your head,” Kim said. “Look down, Kourtney. Oh my god, I’m afraid for your life. Have you seen that?” Kourtney responded, “No, but I feel it,” and attributed it to the sky-high (and apparently incredibly tight) ponytail she had worn at a recent gala. “It’s a hole in my head. I swear it’s from my ponytail—it was so tight that I had a bump on my head like this [she used her hand to demonstrate a big bump].”

Crazy enough, that can actually happen. “This is called traction Alopecia, which is a type of hair loss resulting from a constant pulling force being applied to the hair," says a Beverly Hills, CA facial plastic surgeon and hair restoration specialist "This is commonly seen in people who consistently wear tight ponytails, pigtails or braids."

To fill in the bald area, Kourtney opted for platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, which is becoming an increasingly popular non surgical treatmentfor thinning hair and hair loss. “Today I’m getting PRP, which is where they take your blood and spin it and they use your plasma and they inject it in my head for my hair to grow back,” she said on the show at a visit to her doctor, who assured her it could take a while for the hair to grow back.

Please tell me you don't watch that rubbish Bullit:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: The wearing of a tight ponytail must not have bothered her much because she had one at Beyonce's Oscars party.

Yeah the PRP hair loss treatment is very beneficial for most of the ladies when they start to lose hair in the start the PRP therapy would be very good to reduce hair loss...

PRP by itself will only do so much. Look into combining PRP and PRF (this contains loads of fibrine) and others like minoxidil and Finasteride (topical).
If you combine all, it will provide better results than a single application by itself.
At least, that is our experience.

TV is full of reality shows now.
Like a lot of them, they will do anything to get publicity.

Speaking of reality shows Bullitnut/Bigmac I see at least one good thing has emerged from this horrible Covid 19 mess and that's the cancellation of Love Island this year.

Thankfully I won't have to look at all the guys perfect Hairlines this year.
