We would like to show this 1423 FUE result from Dr. Artur Kierach, in progress at 7 months post-op. Rebuilding his hairline and temples and reinforcing over the frontal area. Dr. Artur adopts a pure FUE approach being fundamentally involved in all aspects of the procedure from punching to graft placement.

That €™s a great result for the amount of grafts used. Did you extract a high number of 2,3 and 4 hair grafts to achieve such density?

Thanks bullinut and baldasabadger10

The larger follicular unit groups were not specifically targeted to be removed, but an even distribution of extraction around his donor area from one side to the next so no one area was over harvested. He did have a higher than average hair density with approximately 2.7 hairs per FU compared with the norm 2.2 or so. This did allow for less grafts to be used over a surface area or for a greater distribution further back than normal for the number of grafts. Besides his immediate hairline and temple recessions we placed back into his existing hair so the density placed was obviously much lower than the areas of bare skin.
