1744 FUE Hair line repair from previous poor FUE, the remit was to redefine his hair line and mask the previous poor placement from the old surgery.

Nice result BHR,he had a similar hairline to mine now after poor fue,bit thin and uneven but not too bad!. Is his top area thinning ? and do you have shaved donor pics before and after.

The pre-op hairline seems coarse and sparse €¦ this procedure is fantastic €¦beautiful work... ¬b`

It was a big decision for this patient to have surgery, especially due to the results of his previous operations.


He was explicit in that the hairline was for him a major problem and was the reason for coming to us for repair surgery.


Close shows more the pluggy unnatural hairline prior to corrective procedure.

His donor doesnt look bad, i'd thought that could be made totally invisible without a problem.

Yes it could be made to look a lot better and it does stop him having short hair as they punched all in one area, from one side to the other, lowering the density dramatically so if he wants to keep his hair short he could not as there would be a patch of loss of density in that area, if they had spread the extraction it would have had less of an impact. On a positive the fact they kept the damaged localised to a relatively small area it has kept the rest of his donor intact for the repair and for future hair loss if required.
