2,201 Dr Farjo July 21

I underwent a 2,201 with Dr Farjo back in July 21 and used oral minoxidil for the first time a couple of weeks after. I big thanks to Dr Farjo and the team and also to Mick. Mick was instrumental in getting everything running smoothly from consultation to op day in just one month. First photos are me pre op. I was 34 at the time. All of the hair that I had was remaining transplanted hair from 10 years prior so no natural hair left at this point.

Incredible outcome on the crown with such a small number of grafts. Are you planning on having another HT in the future?

Ive got no immediate plans and to be honest I am happy and comfortable with the result. Having had two HT previously totalling 4,500 FUE I am reluctant to take the plunge again.

Hi, I’ve had my first procedure of just over 2000 grafts on my Norwood 7 ish head . This was done by Dr Bessam Farjo in Manchester. I realise you were not a Norwood 7, May I ask, you have had 3 procedures, how did the first two go. The reason I’m asking is i hopefully intend to have two more , another 2000 and maybe another 1000-1500. John .

Dr Farjo did not touch the very front so I put down the frontal rethickening down to oral minoxidil . For me oral minox has been the only treatment that has shown great results.

Although you cannot see in the pictures, I did take monthly pictures and the results from oral minoxidil started coming through before my transplanted hair hair had grown through.

The below photo is my front at 4 months post op where Dr Farjo did not touch so clearly minoxidil magic. The one with the longer hair is me 12 months after my 2nd op in 2013 (not Dr Farjo)

Has anyone said how much donor grafts left after 6700? Hopefully you won’t need them anyway

Up to 8,000, Dr Farjo says I have minimum 1,000 left.

Top photos taken a couple of days ago, the 2nd one 30 July 21. Although I am delighted with my last op results what is even more pleasing is the fronts come back through the use of adding oral minoxidil. I have also thrown in the mix topical dutasteride.The frontal hairline region has had no surgery at all since 2013.
