2230 FUE 0-12 Months Post Op (Diffused Loss)

Here we have a case from Dr. Bisanga, the patient suffered diffused thinning and his goal was to redefine his hair line slightly then work behind the area to increase the density. He was not looking to create maximum thickness but to create a more even look to his head of hair either when long or short. He is aware of the long term and donor management and was on meds prior to his HT and continues after.

Pictures are before, post op and comparisons up to 12 months.

Hi Philb,

this is the approach i would take, is the patient thinning in the crown ?

if i could achieve this result i would be extremely happy

Thanks all for the comments,

Hi SP,

He did have some thinning in the crown but over time the meds kicked in and improved it to a level we all agreed it was not worth touching with an HT. I will see what other diffused thinning I can find and post.

Incredible work and result - nice clear pictures too.

Great job for Dr. Bisanga and his team.

Fantastic work. Not too often we get to see such documentation of a diffuse case let alone an FUE case. He looks great.

Hi Philb. Superb result, has the patients hairloss regime kept his hair?
