This 29 years-old patient has been 10 years under finasteride, with a stable alopecia since he is taking the med €™s. He lost his temporal points very soon giving the optical effect of wide forehead. He want to reinforce his frontal hairline in a conservative way and re-do his temporal points. To achieve that goal we used 2301 grafts in one-day procedure (5183 hairs; 2.25 hair per graft; 55 microns of hair; 0.8 mm punch; 322FU1/ 1138FU2/ 781FU3/ 58FU4/ 2FU5).
