Background and video:27-Year-old patient with psoriasis on scalp and frequent exacerbations. Unstable alopecia at the time of consultation. Medical treatment is recommended and is monitored during the next year and a half, to control hair loss and his underlying disease. Then we performed a procedure to restore the Crown (objective) and, more conservative, the frontal area, with the logical prophylaxis to prevent a Koebner. 2601 grafts (6073 hairs; 2.32 hair per graft; 45 microns hair thickness; 0.8 mm punch; 245 FU's1; 1337 FU's2; 952 's3; 67 FU' FU s4). Dr. Lorenzo. Injertocapilar.comFrequent exacerbations=repeated acute episodes of his psoriasis in the scalpKoebner syndrome prophylaxis=deflacort or similar pre and post op.
