This 40 years-old patient has been using finasteride for 4 years. He has stable hair loss. He is a MBP NW III vertex and his aim was to to repair as much as we can in one session. We did a session of 3101 FUE (7013hairs; 2.26 hair per graft; 0.75 mm punch; 41 to 44 Microns of hair texture). The patient had some red spots and pimples in the crown after 2 weeks, but had good response to the antibiotic treatment and drainage (2 cleanings). The folliculitis is a complication that treated properly and in time, does not have to affect the survival of the grafted units. He is very happy with the outcome.
