Some people have no growth at 4.5 months. Try to be patient as the growth should happen providing the clinic did the surgery correctly.
A picture would help.
You did post cobblestone concern pictures on your other thread but some posted on here to compare would be helpful.

I understand how stressful it is seeing little growth around the 4.5 month mark, but it's simply too early to start drawing any conclusions. The pictures you added - are they what it looks like now at 4.5 months? It would help if you were to add pictures showing your hair before surgery and unshaven, then let your hair grow and update, then the advice provided by the members would be more accurate. As it stands, your head is shaven, nothing to compare and too early to say if good or bad.
