4 Months postop bumps

Hello, I’m 4 months postop and have started to see these pimples/bumps, are they cobblestoning or are they caused by the hairs irritating the scalp coming through the skin?

You will need to see if it’s just initial piercing of the skin that may settle down after a while.

Do you have surgery details and photos?
