35-year-old patient with face traces due to a traffic accident. Came to inquiry for a reconstruction of the right eyebrow, previously treated with a non-natural flap, and to disguise the scar of the craniotomy. Background: Factor V deficiency (Owren disease). We carried out a new design for the eyebrow at the right level and then made the depilation with laser of the previous flap, to get the desired result. Dr. José Lorenzo.
