This 67 years-old patient, with no med s, come to see the possibility to have some coverage for his alopecia. White hair, small donor area, difficult surgery. We did a first approach with 2101 grafts (3618 hairs; 1.7 hair per graft; 70 microns of hair; 0.9 mm punch: 860FU1/ 971FU2/ 268FU3). After 8 month we carried out the second procedure to end the crown: 2401 grafts (4515 hairs; 1.88 hair graft; 0.9 mm punch; 742UF1/ 1220UF2/ 407FU3/ 28FU4)
