I agree with Bigmac. Likely you are keeping some grafts, but as the native hair grows back it might throw you off a little bit. Either way, I believe that unfortunately they will all disappear. I lasted a heck of a long time with my grafts and then all of a sudden they were gone at the 7 week mark. The bummer is that I think it then took longer for them to grow in fully.

Given your case though, it doesn't really matter because you will have a textbook result and be a hairy beast in a matter of no time given your native hair and size of session.
