35 years-old patient in treatment with finasteride 4 years before consultation. History of a seborrheic dermatitis with chronic flaking. Fine hair, 48 microns, and hut texture. Difficult case due to extension and donor characteristics, patient was advised. We planned 2 initial procedures and a third one to increase density. First surgery: 3223 FU's (7322 hairs; 2.27 hair per graft; 0.8 mm punch); 2nd surgery after one year: 3101 FU's (6838 hairs; 2.20 hairs/graft; 0.8 mm punch). Dr. José Lorenzo. Injertocapilar.com.

Nice transformation, out of curiosity what was the patient advised regarding the flaking....was it Nizoral or something else?
